Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure an accommodation booking and will be held to guarantee the room. Full payment will be charged to the provided card 30 days prior to arrival for guarantee of reservation.
Check-in Policy
The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from guests upon check in to cover any incidental costs and additional charges per apartment i.e. telephone calls, movies etc. This will pre-authorize the security amount of $75.00 which will be lifted off after departure.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled between 29 to 14 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee equal to 1 night will be charged to the provided credit card.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival: All rooms cancelled or no shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee to the provided credit card.

Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure an accommodation booking and full payment will be charged upon arrival. A surcharge of 0.9% applies for all credit card payments. Dorsett does not accept American Express or Diners cards.
Check-in Policy
On arrival to the hotel a credit card is to be presented upon check-in for full payment. A pre-authorisation of $100 AUD per night is required to cover any incidental charges. This bond will be refunded upon checkout.
Cancellation Policy
No shows or cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged one-night cancellation fee to the provided credit card.
